About us

 

Clutha Valley Primary school is located in the lower South Island of New Zealand, in the heart of a sheep and dairy farming country. With a role of around 115 students from over a dozen nationalities.

Our PTA created an easy to use, subtly sophisticated recipe book to raise funds to support our school.

In late 2015 the first print run of 1,000 books sold out in just 6 weeks! This was quickly followed by a second print run, this time of 2,000 books, which sold out in 18 months.

We have been asked many times about another print run. So, our committee formed a new recipe book subcommittee for this 3rd reprint! It consists of Ezra Blair, Renée Judson, Hannah Harwood, Nicole Sharpe, Sara Dennison, Sarah Stirling, Fiona Wilson and Laura Hunter.  We would like to acknowledge the amazing efforts of the original committee who brought this idea to fruition. Graphic Designer - Fiona Wilson, Secretary - Karen Tunnah, Photographer - Laura Hunter, Support Photographers - Carmen Begg and Michelle Smollett, Food Stylist - Jo Jack, and Shelley Milne, Renée Judson and Camille McAtamney.

 

This book and its reprints have been created with tremendous support from the school and community in the way of providing, testing, and proof reading recipes.
